Shipping & order fulfillment
Each order is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. please allow 3–5 business days for standard processing and shipping within the U.S. unless otherwise stated for pre-order pieces. Addresses cannot be changed. we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Pre-order items are crafted on a made-to-order basis and typically dispatch within 6–8 weeks, Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
We operate with a commitment to sustainability and responsible production many of our garments are made to order to minimize waste and ensure only the finest quality fabrics are used. once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
International orders
International shipments are processed within two weeks and may take up to 12 business days for delivery following dispatch. tracking details will be provided via email once your order is in transit.
Responsibility & delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including any apartment or suite numbers. Once a parcel is collected by our carrier (ups/usps), its delivery status is the responsibility of the shipping provider and the customer. should you experience any delivery concerns, please reach out directly to your local ups office for assistance.
While we will always do our best to assist, Statum Gallery is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been released to the carrier.
Returns due to failed delivery
In the event that a parcel is returned to our facility by the carrier for any reason, the order will be refunded and restocked. please note, we do not reship returned items.
